With the commencement of the winter semester break, the Administration, Faculty, and Staff of NLU Tripura came together on 30 December, 2025 for Retreat 2025, at Bashgram, West Tripura, a special initiative to celebrate the spirit of togetherness while warmly welcoming the New Year 2026.The day was vibrant and eventful, filled with engaging activities, games, photo sessions, and moments of shared laughter, along with a delightful spread of breakfast and lunch. The retreat gave a meaningful opportunity for colleagues to connect beyond routine academic and administrative responsibilities. Such initiatives reflect the University’s effort to create a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a positive, inclusive, and rejuvenating work culture, acknowledging the contributions of its employees and strengthening the bonds that sustain the NLU Tripura community.
