Yoga Session on Stress Management

A yoga session on stress management was organized on 26th March, 2026 by the Yoga and Wellness Cell at National Law University Tripura to promote mental well-being among students. The session highlighted breathing techniques, mindfulness, and relaxation practices and hymn chanting. It helped participants reduce anxiety, improve focus, enhance emotional balance, inner peace and develop healthier coping mechanisms for academic and personal stress.
