One-Credit Course on “Understanding the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023

The Centre for Criminal Justice & Human Rights of National Law University, Tripura, Organizes One credit course on ” Understanding the BNSS, 2023: From Crime Reporting to Cognizance”, for the students of 3rd Semester BALLB, aimed at imparting interdisciplinary knowledge on BNSS. Held between 6^th of November to 8^th November, 2025, the Session will focus on the following topics: –

3. Arrest and Remand
4. Bail
5. Trial Proceedings

We are honored to have Dr. Neeraj Tiwari, Associate Professor of Law from National Law University, Delhi, as the esteemed resource person for this program.
