The library has excellent collection and broad coverage on national, foreign and comparative law collection. The library’s comprehensive print collection comprises over 1,500 documents including series of commentaries on law, reference collection, encyclopedias, legal dictionaries, yearly digests etc. The collection focusing more than 150 legal subjects to support research and scholarship and have strong emphasis on Jurisprudence, Constitutional law, Criminal Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Laws, Human Rights, Public and Private International law, Business Law, Economic Laws, Arbitration, Labour Laws ,Environmental Law and many more.

The Library holds extensive collection of reference materials which can be consulted for finding information on specific facts. These resources include general and specialized encyclopedias, dictionaries.

Encyclopaedia

An encyclopaedia is a comprehensive set of reference work covers summary of information either cover on all branches of subject or a particular subject area. The library holds more than 180 encyclopaedias on law and general topic. Some of them are:

Dictionaries

Dictionaries are reference resource that lists the words of a language alphabetically arranged along with their meaning or equivalent words. Whereas Legal dictionaries define both technical legal terms and common words that have special meaning in law, cases where an authoritative definition of a particularly important word or phrase has been given by a court.
