In today’s fast-paced world, maintaining mental clarity and emotional stability is essential. To support your well-being, the Yoga & Wellness Cell of National Law University Tripura (NLUT) is pleased to invite you to a special session on Meditation & Mental Well-being. This session, led by an expert, will introduce simple yet effective meditation techniques that can be easily incorporated into daily life to enhance both mental and physical well-being.
