Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh

Justice Singh passed B.A. Hons. and obtained his LL.B. degree from University of Delhi. In the year 1990, he enrolled as advocate and practiced at Patna High Court from 1990 to 2000 and in the High Court of Jharkhand from since 2001 till his elevation as Judge of High Court of Jharkhand. He was appointed as Additional Judge of the High Court of Jharkhand on 24^th January 2012 and confirmed as Permanent Judge on 16^th January 2014. He has also held the position of Executive Chairman of Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority.

Appointed as the Acting Chief Justice of the High Court of Jharkhand from 20^th December 2022 to 19^th February 2023. Took oath as the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Tripura on 17^th April 2023.
