Resource Person:Dr. Parikshit Sirohi

This academic initiative has undertaken by the CIPS at National Law University Tripura on 30th September 2024 to fulfil and enhance the understanding and critical evaluation of key areas in IP law. Dr. Parikshit Sirohi from University of Delhi has addressed the mass with a narrative of confluence between Intellectual Property Rights and Artificial Intelligence. He narrated that how the advancement of technology in the legal sector has opened opportunities for academicians and legal professionals to improve their efficiency and focus on more strategic work. Dr. Sirohi has also highlighted some areas like scientific discoveries, industrial designs etc.where rapid development has also posed new challenges and opportunities in the area of intellectual property (IP).
