MANDATE

  1. Research and Scholarship:To conduct rigorous, interdisciplinary research on environmental law and climate change, exploring innovative legal frameworks and policy solutions that address the complexities of these global challenges.
  2. Curriculum Development:To develop and integrate specialized courses, workshops, and seminars on environmental law, climate science, and sustainability into the university’s curriculum, fostering a new generation of legal professionals equipped to address environmental challenges.
  3. Policy Advocacy:To engage in policy advocacy by collaborating with government bodies, NGOs, international organizations, and other stakeholders, aiming to influence and shape effective environmental legislation and governance.
