Objective of the Event:
The objective of the special lecture organized by the Centre for Intellectual Property Studies (CIPS), National Law University Tripura, is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the complex challenges that arise in digital marketplaces regarding trademark protection while balancing and safeguarding consumer interests.
