Dr. Nachiketa Mittal

Prof. Mittal received his Ph.D from the National Law University Odisha, LL.M. (Human Rights) from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru and B.S.L. LL.B. from the Y.C. Law College, University of Pune. He has worked as Professor of Law at National Law Institute University, Bhopal, Professor of Law and Director of the Faculty of Law at Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal, Dean (I/C) of the Unitedworld School of Law, Karnavati University, Gandhinagar. He has also worked as a Faculty of Law at National Law University Odisha, Cuttack and as an Assistant Registrar (Research) at Supreme Court of India, New Delhi.Dr. Mittal founded three online law teaching platforms during the national lockdown and outbreak of Covid-19. Dr. Mittal has presented papers and lectured in various law schools in the United States and has published in a wide range of international and national law journals. Dr. Mittal also received a scholarship from the Charitable Trust Committee of the International Bar Association, London, in 2008. He joined NLU Tripura as a Professor of Law and resumed the charge of Registrar(I/C) on 19^th Sept. 2023.
