The report titled Legal and Policy Gaps in Implementing WHO FCTC and MPOWER in India, prepared by Prof. (Dr.) Yogesh Pratap Singh, Vice Chancellor, National Law University, Tripura and submitted to the National Law University Odisha as a part of the Project on ‘Supporting Stronger and Evidence-Based Tobacco Control Initiatives through Capacity Building and Strengthening Laws, Policies and Institutional Mechanisms with Multi-Stakeholder Engagement towards Tobacco-free India’, under the guidance of Dr. Amit Yadav, Deputy Director, Vital Strategies, New Delhi.
